fees
what a trade costs, and where the platform fee goes.65% of the platform fee goes to the linked creator. 25% buys back and burns $GOON. 10% is retained by the protocol.
Fees for a creator who has never verified her handle can be reclaimed by the protocol after 30 days.
Goon Markets is not affiliated with OnlyFans, Fansly, X, Instagram or TikTok.
every trade on a goon coin's bonding curve pays two fees: raydium's protocol fee, and the goon platform fee of the coin's tier. the platform fee lands with goon markets inside the trade itself, on chain.

taken only from fees that have a creator side
each confirmed sweep of the platform fee is split in our ledger: 65% to the linked creator, 25% buys back and burns $GOON, and 10% is retained by the protocol. the protocol share is taken only from fees that have a creator side: a coin with no creator linked, or whose creator opted out, burns 100% of its platform fee. keeper gas is paid from the buyback side, never from the creator's share and never from the protocol's. $GOON pays three fees: a 1% tax on every transfer, taken in $GOON; while it bonds, the same 1% platform fee as a standard coin, taken in SOL on its curve; and after graduation its raydium pool's fees, raydium's 0.25% trade fee plus a 1% creator fee in SOL that goes to goon markets. it has no outside creator (see $goon), so its platform fee and, once it graduates, its raydium pool's creator fee to goon markets are booked to the protocol and split 75% protocol and 25% buyback and burn; its tax splits half set aside to burn, half to the protocol.

$goon
the platform's own coin: a tax on every transfer, the standard platform fee, and burned two ways.$GOON carries a 1% tax on every transfer. Half is burned in batches. Half funds the protocol: creator onboarding and infrastructure.
$GOON pays the same 1% platform fee as every standard coin: 25% buys back and burns $GOON, the rest funds the protocol.
the platform fee on $GOON is 1%, read from its platform config at slot 454,930,902.
$GOON is the platform's own coin, coin #1 on goon.markets. $GOON pays three fees: a 1% tax on every transfer, taken in $GOON; while it bonds, the same 1% platform fee as a standard coin, taken in SOL on its curve; and after graduation its raydium pool's fees, raydium's 0.25% trade fee plus a 1% creator fee in SOL that goes to goon markets.
the tax is taken by the token itself (a solana token-2022 transfer fee): it is withheld in the account that receives the tokens, then collected by goon markets. every time the collected tax is withdrawn, half is set aside to burn and half funds the protocol (creator onboarding and infrastructure). the protocol's half stays as $GOON; nothing sells it automatically; a sale is an operator action. the half set aside to burn is burned in batches, on the operator's command, from the burn reserve; until a burn confirms on chain it is set aside to burn, never burned.
every transfer of $GOON
the token itself withholds the tax in the account that receives it; goon markets then collects it.
set aside to burn
burned in batches, on the operator's command. until a burn confirms on chain it is set aside, never burned.
funds the protocol
creator onboarding and infrastructure. it stays as $GOON; nothing sells it automatically; a sale is an operator action.
the platform fee: $GOON launches on a sealed platform config of its own, which admits exactly one pool and charges the same platform fee as a standard coin. it has no creator, so the creator side of that fee is booked to the protocol: 25% buys back and burns $GOON and 75% funds the protocol. at 40 SOL raised $GOON graduates like every coin, and its pool's creator fee to goon markets is booked and split the same way.
the platform fee on $GOON is 1%. a trader pays about 2.24% a side on the curve (the 1% tax, the 1% platform fee and raydium's 0.25% protocol fee) and about 2.24% in the pool after graduation (the 1% tax, raydium's 0.25% trade fee and the pool's 1% creator fee, which goes to goon markets).
$GOON's coin page quotes what you receive after the tax: a buy delivers what the curve or pool releases minus the tax, and a sale sends what you sell minus the tax into the curve or pool. after a confirmed trade it shows the change in your wallet read from chain beside the quote.
$GOON is burned two ways: the half of its tax set aside to burn, in batches on the operator's command, and the buyback, which buys $GOON with its share of the platform fees and burns it. nothing counts as burned until the burn confirms on chain. the burn page shows every burn with its transaction.
creator coins carry no tax: every coin launched on goon.markets is a plain token, and its fees are the platform fee above. Fees for a creator who has never verified her handle can be reclaimed by the protocol after 30 days.
launch
one transaction, a link set once, graduation at 40 SOL.- sign oncethe launcher signs one transaction in their own wallet. the creator link is set at launch.
- on the curveevery buy and sell trades against the coin's raydium launchlab bonding curve.
- graduates at 40 SOLat 40 SOL raised, the pool moves to a raydium cpmm pool.
- liquidity burnedthe pool's liquidity is burned at graduation. its creator fee comes to goon markets and splits the same way.
anyone can launch a coin and link it to a public creator account on onlyfans, fansly, x, instagram or tiktok. the launch is one transaction the launcher signs in their own wallet.
the link is set once at launch and can't be edited. linking a handle does not mean the creator launched, approved or endorses the coin. a launcher gets nothing from the platform fee for launching.
if a link is disputed, an admin freezes it and reviews it. the creator's share that accrues meanwhile is held, then released by review: either released to her (the link opens again, and what she had before the freeze is claimable again too) or sent to $GOON buyback and burn (the link stays frozen). it is never moved to anyone else, and every decision is kept with its reason. a coin launched with no creator link can be linked by an admin later: it accrues to her from that moment on, and every earlier fee stays unattributed.
every goon coin graduates at 40 SOL raised on its bonding curve; at graduation the pool moves to a raydium cpmm pool and its liquidity is burned. the graduated pool's creator fee comes to goon markets and is split the same way.
claim
earned, available, paid: how creator money moves.earned — accruing, not yet withdrawable: the creator's share of fees indexed from trades, before the platform fee sweep that backs it has landed on chain.
available — backed by a confirmed platform fee sweep. only available money can be claimed.
a claim is paid from the platform wallet to the creator's own wallet, and counts as paid only once the transfer is confirmed on chain. the creator signs a message that names the amount, the coin and the destination; nothing else can move it.
the 30-day window · fees for a creator who has never verified her handle can be reclaimed by the protocol after 30 days. the 30 days run from the moment each fee becomes available, separately for each fee. it applies only to a creator who has never verified her handle: once she verifies, she keeps everything not reclaimed by then, and nothing of hers is reclaimed after that. money that is held, under dispute, part of an open claim, or waiting on an open check of her handle is never reclaimed. a reclaim is something an operator runs by hand, with a written reason that is kept; it is not automatic. reclaimed fees join the protocol's share and leave the platform wallet the same way.
verify
a one-time code in a public bio proves the handle.new posts every friday · links below goon-xxxxxxxxxx
- only her public profile is looked at
- never a password
- never a connection to her account
a creator proves a handle by putting a one-time code (goon-xxxxxxxxxx) in her public bio. only the public profile is looked at — never a password, never a connection to her account. on every platform a person checks the bio by hand for now: she puts the code in her bio and asks for a review on /claim, and no time is promised.
an x or tiktok handle can also be proved by signing in with that account on /claim (through privy): the login's username is the proof, no bio code needed, and the handle stays bound to that account. onlyfans, fansly and instagram use the bio code.
claimed means she proved control of the handle and set a payout wallet. it never means she launched, owns or endorses a coin. a handle we have no record of shows no badge at all.
her payout wallet is her own wallet and must be able to sign a message — an exchange deposit address can't, so it should never be one. she sets the first one with the wallet that proved her handle. changing it needs the current payout wallet's signature; if that wallet can't sign any more, she asks for a manual change on /claim and a person checks a fresh code in her bio. claims to a payout wallet younger than 24h are held until it is 24h old.
opt out
a creator can leave: her links freeze and future fees burn.- her links freeze
- fees from before the opt-out are held for a review
- future platform fees: 100% buyback & burn
a creator who proved her handle can opt out on /claim or on her own page, signing once with the wallet that proved it. her links freeze, and fees earned before the opt-out are held: on her request or by an admin's decision, a review sends them to $GOON buyback and burn, and paying them out after an opt-out is not live yet. future platform fees for those coins go 100% to $GOON buyback and burn. the coin pages say so. reversal is a manual review, not a button.
what is on chain
what anyone can check, and what lives in our ledger.- on chain: every coin (a raydium launchlab pool under a goon markets platform config), every trade and its fees, the platform fee landing in raydium's platform fee account inside each trade, each sweep of that account (raydium's claimPlatformFeeFromVault), every creator payout and every $GOON buyback and burn — each with its transaction signature.
- off chain, in our ledger: creator links, handle proofs, payout wallets, and the split of each sweep between creators, the burn and the protocol — reconciled lamport for lamport to that platform fee account's own balance changes. a mismatch stops the ledger; it never rounds.
- custody: swept fees sit in the platform wallet until a creator claims, a burn batch runs or the protocol share is swept to the protocol wallet. we never hold a creator's private key.

images
how coin images are published, and how one comes down.a coin image is re-encoded on our server before anything else sees it — location, camera and other hidden details are dropped — and is then published as uploaded. a coin without an image shows a generated goon placeholder.
an image comes down when the creator linked to the coin opts out, or when it is taken down: the creator who claimed the coin's linked page can hide it from the coin page — it stops being served within minutes — or anyone can write to us with the coin's address and the reason, and we take the file itself down everywhere it was used. takedowns happen the same day. impersonation and explicit imagery are against the terms.
not affiliated
independent of every platform a link can name.Goon Markets is not affiliated with OnlyFans, Fansly, X, Instagram or TikTok.
goon markets is an independent launchpad on raydium launchlab. platform names identify where a public account lives; no platform logo or endorsement is implied.
terms
memes, no promises, not advice.coins are memes with no promise of value. trading them can lose everything you put in. nothing here is financial advice. the creator share is a share of the platform fee, paid only once confirmed on chain — not a return on anything.
explicit imagery and impersonation are against these terms: a coin image that breaks them is taken down.
on mainnet every transaction is real and final. see the live board.
